Art Club

What Are Art Clubs?

  • The Art Club uses creative lessons and activities to boost social interactions and support mental well-being for individuals and groups across sectors. Art Club sessions offer a range of skills, such as drawing, painting, and collage, and cover many meaningful themes. All sessions are beginner-friendly but can be scaled up to meet needs, such as technical art and design skills or creative problem-solving

  • Participants learn creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills transferable to work/life challenges. Participants feel engaged with their colleagues, and peers and less isolated. Participants feel more confident in their creative thinking, more resilient in their creative problem-solving and more engaged with others. Participants feel less anxious, depressed, or stressed.

  • I have designed a range of sessions that cover technical art and design skills and relatable topics. These sessions teach the principle and elements of art, technical drawing, and colour theory and explore topics including female empowerment, food, health & wellbeing, holiday kitch, home, irony, landscapes, portraits, PRIDE, racial equity, romantic & self-improvement cliches.
