Art Club: Home

In this session, we’ll reconstruct a meaningful object or space in your home or create a miniature version of your home, while I discuss depictions of the home in art history. We’ll explore our feelings about our homes, and glorify the ‘everyday’ in our homes. We’ll discuss our homes as spatial expressions of who we are: a space where emotional drama occurs, and where we feel safe, secured and loved. We’ll also reflect on how our relationship with home has changed over the years.
